The Finance team were looking for some support to address their current challenges and create a finance function that was fit for the future. They wanted to ensure their service delivery model met the needs and expectations for the business and their business customers

In 2022, a public sector digital branch went through a structural change designed to shift it from an IT product-based focus to a service-based focus. Nimbl was asked to come in and help with this transformation using our Strategy & Operating Model expertise and Programme Management capability.
