We are Nimbl.
It’s in our name
and in our nature.

Traditionally, consulting has been about developing lengthy reports, delivered to organisations to collect dust on shelves, by a burnt-out workforce and accompanied by significant fees.

Our belief is that this isn't the experience people want and it's not the best outcome for Aotearoa.

We're out to redefine the consulting experience

Nimbl Consulting was born in 2020 powered by a single mission: To redefine the consulting experience – for our people, our clients and our communities.

From the start, we operated a few simple principles and saw immediate demand for our ways of working.

  • Empower Nimblrs to be their best selves, and excel at what they do,

  • Become genuine, trusted partners to clients to enable the delivery of meaningful, sustainable change,

  • Be a constant and active force for good across our communities.

We're really proud of the impact we've made so far

Since starting, we’ve been fortunate enough to work on significant programmes that contribute directly to our purpose: To Improve the Lives of New Zealanders. We played a key role in the vaccine rollout programme during the Covid-19 pandemic, going on to play a key role in the Health Reforms, supported social housing development programmes, and pro bono work for key charities across the motu.

We know there's more work to be done.

We don’t claim to have it all sussed, and we’re forever learning. We are nothing without our super smart, purposeful team of connected Nimblrs working hard to deliver sustainable and meaningful change for our clients.

We’re redefining the consulting experience to create a better Aotearoa.

This is consultancy Made Nimbl.
